Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, amendment and no-show terms for direct bookings.
Cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, less payment gateway charges.
Cancellations made 7–15 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival, early departures and no-shows are non-refundable.
Peak-season, festival and group bookings may carry stricter terms, which are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
