Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation more than 7 days before check-in. 50% cancellation fee between 7 days and 72 hours before check-in. 100% charge within 72 hours, for no-shows or early departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that travel plans may change. The following cancellation terms apply to direct bookings made with The Countryside: More than 7 days before check-in: Free cancellation. Any eligible advance payment will be refunded, subject to applicable payment gateway charges. Between 7 days and 72 hours before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees. Within 72 hours of check-in: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. Early departure after check-in: No refund will ordinarily be applicable for unused nights. Peak Dates & Special Packages For peak-season dates, festive periods, destination wedding/event dates, special offers or promotional packages, separate cancellation terms may apply. These terms will be clearly shown at the time of booking and will override the standard cancellation policy. Refund Processing Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. The actual credit time will depend on the bank/payment gateway. Any non-refundable payment gateway or transaction charges, where applicable, may be deducted from the refund. Modification of Booking Requests to change stay dates, room category or property will be subject to availability and applicable rate differences. A date-change request does not automatically cancel the original booking unless confirmed by The Countryside. Cancellation Request Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official booking cancellation facility or by contacting The Countryside with the booking reference and guest details. A cancellation request is considered complete only after confirmation from The Countryside. Force Majeure In exceptional circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the guest or hotel, including government restrictions, natural disasters or closure of access routes, The Countryside may review the booking on a case-by-case basis and may offer a date change, credit note or refund where appropriate.
